Questions

Good to know

Is my consultation confidential?

Yes. What you tell an advocate for the purpose of legal advice is treated as confidential. Please do not put sensitive details in the booking form itself. Keep them for the meeting.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes. Your confirmation email from the scheduling service has a link to reschedule or cancel.

How long is a consultation, and is there a fee?

The duration and any fee are shown on the booking page for each service, before you confirm.

Can I meet in person?

Where an in-person option is shown on the booking page, you can choose it. Otherwise the meeting is by video or phone.

What if no suitable time is shown?

Message us on WhatsApp or use the contact details on this site, and we will try to find a time.
